A 1-sheet can serve a large number of purposes whether or not you are consulting, or promoting an item. This document contains a fast synopsis of the organization and what the enterprise can do for the client.

The 1-sheet is also called a sell sheet considering that it is a summary of the services and advantages of getting your services. The words applied need to be precise and to the point with out all the fluff of other varieties of documents.

Here are the actions in preparing a great 1 sheet:

Step one - place your photo or a photo that represents your organization. Persons relate to pictures so make sure yours is on this document. Keep in mind corporations do not acquire, people purchase. Also develop a unique title for the 1-sheet.

Step two - introduce your consulting firm but be brief and keep it to 1 or two sentences. This should really only take up 10 - 15% of the page.

Step 3 - create a short paragraph describing the services you supply, this is where you tell the reader how your services will benefit them. This will take up 10 - 15% of the page as well.

Step 4 - add some endorsements, let other people sell for you but do not overdo the number of endorsements, maintain it to two or 3. Try and keep this to 20 - 30% of the page - third party endorsements actually say alot more about you that giving your bio.

Step five - talk about some regular or popular services you deliver. Maintain this to 1 or two sentences. You want to make your audience conscious of their want and most importantly about why they WANT them. Getting, following all, is an emotional choice and is typically a want that gets the sale. Add yet another 20 - 30% of the document here.

Step six - contain a reason to get in touch with you such as a no cost white paper plus make positive you have all your get in touch with facts which includes your e-mail and web page address. This will need to be the final 10 - 20% of the document.

When you put all of this data together, you will have a well balanced document you can hand out to prospective clients, send to the media if you are issuing a press release, or use it for working with people today who can refer you to other people. The one-sheet need to be utilised in place of a brochure when attending leads exchange groups as it is extra precise and gives all the info needed to recommend your services.
